I want to pay for my order with CREDIT, how come you dont use it ?
Our online credit facility has just been faced with the whole security issue thing, but we understand a lot of you will want to pay with credit cards. Until it is back online, we recommend Direct Deposit, as it’s FAST, and FEE-LESS, that’s right, if you use net banking, just ask for our bank details and DD is the fastest, most secure and you don’t have to pay stupid credit card fees. Or just send us a money order from your local post office. We will notify each customer when our credit option is back online.
How do i pay Direct Deposit, and what else is involved ?
Direct Deposit is a great way to pay these days, using NET BANKING where you can transfer the funds directly to our account. If you DO NOT use net banking, then just depositing the funds into our bank details from any SUNCORP-METWAY branch, or just through your preferred branch. To use DD with us, all you do is make your purchase, then during the shipping or payment sections when processing your final order, there is a comment box under your order details, just type a short message asking for our bank details, then finish your order. Next we will email you the details asap, and once you have made the payment, we wait until the payment lands at our end, or you are more than welcome to notify us via email you have done so and we will ship your goods to you. If for some reason, after 2-3 days the payment has not landed, we will email you to enquire where a possible mistake may have been made, or to track down your payment.
