DELIVERY QUESTIONS:
How long does an order take to get to me ?
As stated throughout other questions in our site, we sell loads of different products, from loads of different categories, and not all are available locally through suppliers here in Australia.
The way to workout how long an order should take for you is to look in any item’s description and look for either of these two symbols below..
 
Now these time frames are only stated for INSTOCK items, and as we do carry such an extensive range, and the catalogue will continue to grow more and more, ourselves and our suppliers do run out of stock of items regularly.
We do however, notify you by email ASAP, when your order is made to let you know if you item/s are instock or out of stock and are being reordered.
This doesnt mean we can’t get your items you have ordered, just we will get our suppliers to send us some more asap, in turn we will keep you updated will regular emails so you are aware of how your order is going.
If your item has been deleted, again, we will just notify you by email, remove it from our catalogue, and do our best to find you a suitable replacement item.

I can’t find the band or item i want, do you sell more than what i see here ?
Yes, we do.
As our catalogue is constantly being updated, we are trying to get as much of what we can sell up on this site to show you our full range from each supplier we deal with. As we have many different suppliers here in Australia and from overseas, there are always new things coming out, so please keep checking for new items each week, OR, write to us with whatever it is your after and we will endeavour to add it to our catalogue asap. I’m an Artist / I’m in a band - Can i sell my Cds through Alleyway ?
Yes you sure can. We really want to get behind our local scene, and everyone else’s too. So we can advertise not just your Cds, but any merch you have also.
